Famous photog to the stars, Terry Richardson, unveils first exclusive Lady Gaga ‘Born This Way Ball’ tour photos! Hey Little Monsters, you’re watching ClevverMusic. As you know, Mother Monsters is currently on her ‘Born This Way Ball’ tour and new photos of the tour have emerged. Longtime Gaga collaborator, Terry Richardson, has finally shared on his blog, his behind-the-scenes pics of his time with Gaga in Seoul, South Korea.

Unlike the photos the controversial photographer previously published of Mother Monster, the newly surfaced pics do not include Gaga drinking or making out with a mannequin. We do get an inside vision of Gaga’s elaborate costumes, the BTWB tour castle, and even Gaga sleeping.

Our favorite photo is of Gaga giving Terry a big smooch on the cheek. Take a look at the photos yourself, by clicking the link in the description, and tell us which picture is your favorite! If you thought Lady Gaga’s tour controversy was over, you were dead wrong! Hey guys, you’re tuned in to your news source, Electric Chapel. Lady Gaga is currently on her ‘Born This Way Ball’ tour, and the controversy is far from over. After facing the wrath of Christian protestors and from the Government in South Korea, Gaga will face similar opposition when her tour stops in Indonesia.

While the protestors in South Korea condemned Gaga for promoting “unhealthy sexual culture” through “lewd lyrics and performance,” Indonesian Muslims will take it a step further. These protestors are more concerned with Mother Monster’s alleged dealings with the devil.

A spokesperson for the Islamic Defenders’ Front told The Wall Street Journal, “Lady Gaga insults all religions. Even Christians in Korea opposed her. She is promoting the worship of Satan.” Chairman of the Islamic Defender’s Front went further by telling an Islamic newspaper, “If you want chaos in Jakarta, just continue to hold the concert.” We don’t think Gaga is opposed to chaos, but this doesn’t sound like the kind of chaos we’d like at a Monster Ball.

As of now, the June 3 show in the Nation’s capital is forging ahead as scheduled. What do you think of this controversy? Is it totally uncalled for or valid? Leave a comment, and follow Electric Chapel for more Gaga news. See ya!

The widely popular music streaming service Spotify has finally brought their service to the iPad with a native app and the full Retina display experience. Instead of a separate “HD” app like some services release, Spotify has updated their iPhone app to become universal, now including access to 18 million songs in a beautiful way on your iPad.

The Spotify iPad app is here!

Listen to the world’s music collection on your iPad. Enjoy millions of songs in an instant. Love, discover and share music like never before with the Spotify iPad app.

  • Simple to browse and explore the Spotify catalogue
  • Retina graphics for iPad and high-definition album art
  • Search for playlists, users and music – all from the same view
  • Discover what’s hot, and find trending playlists & songs among your friends
  • Inbox grouped by user for easy searching
  • Perfect as your living room stereo – full-screen view and AirPlay integration This iPad app reminds me a lot of Twitter’s with its swipe gesture-heavy interface that involves lots of swiping left to right in order to get from one screen to another. That’s not a bad thing, but I would have hoped to see something a bit more original — maybe a really well-designed app like Rdio for iOS.

Spotify itself is pretty reliable, though they do require that you have a Facebook account to use the service which is kind of annoying. Other than that, there’s a big war between them and Rdio. If you want music, then go with Spotify because they have a far better collection. If you want a better design and far better apps, then I’d personally recommend Rdio any day. But hey, it’s probably best to use whatever your friends do since you’re probably looking to discover some music.

If you already own Spotify for iPhone, then just go update it to version 0.5.0, which brings gapless playback and cross fading to this version, along with two bug fixes. If you don’t own it, then consider trying out Spotify on your iPad. There is a 48-hour trial of the $9.99 per month Premium service, so go discover some music and tell us what you think!

Additional fixes and improvements:
• New: Gapless playback and cross fading.
• Fixed: Offline synced playlists can no longer be removed by the system.
• Fixed: Crashes related to updating playlists or starring tracks.

Lady Gaga debuted the Born This Way Ball in South Korea on Friday night, attracting more than 45,000 fans, which is the second highest attendance in the country’s history of concerts. “I’m so grateful for all of you, thank you monsters,” she said. “Last night was like being completely prepared for a moment you could never prepare for.”

Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak, in a recent interview with A New Domain, says that Windows Phone apps are “much more beautiful” than those found on Android and iOS. Wozniak favors the Windows Phone over Android-based smartphones, but still thinks the iPhone is his number one choice.

Just for looks and beauty, I definitely favor the Windows 7 phone over Android.

I’m kind of shocked on every screen — much more beautiful than the same apps on Android and iPhone. So I think that what Microsoft or Nokia did is that they went to some of the key app makers and got them to deliberately make specialized beautiful ones or they put their own themes on. It’s all different.

In talking about the elegant design of the Windows Phone, Wozniak jokes that perhaps Steve Jobs was reincarnated at Microsoft and shared some of his great ideas from Apple. Do you think that Windows Phone smartphones, such as the highly touted Nokia Lumia 900, are true competitors with the iPhone?

According to sources of Reuters, Apple is currently working to bring film streaming service EPIX to their $99 1080p streaming box. Such a partnership would mean additional content from studios like Lions Gate Entertainment, MGM, and Paramount Pictures — which, incidentally, created EPIX just three years ago.

Even though Apple is working hard to gain rights for film streaming from EPIX, Reuters’ sources note that things “are in the preliminary stages and no agreement is considered near.”

In the past few months, there have been many rumors circulating about an Apple HDTV set that could make its debut later this year. Some claim it will be Retina, while others add that it could include such iOS functions as Siri and Game Center. I could see Apple entering the gaming scene with such a device, but I’m not sure exactly how things will work since PS3s and Xbox 360s seem to rule that ground right now — there’s really no way Angry Birds can compare if you want to play a real game like Uncharted or Call of Duty, though iOS alternatives and ports have been rather successful.

Other than gaming, it’s obvious that Apple will include iCloud media streaming with their TV set, but there’s still so much that we don’t know about it — how much will it cost, will there be different display options, will there be an “Apple TV App Store,” and so on. For now, feel free to speculate in the comments and tell us what you think the corporation will do to make their impact on the television industry.

If you are curious about how environmentally friendly the iPad is, the extremely long infographic just ahead will answer all of your questions. The infographic also provides information about the impact that iTunes and iCloud have on the environment, Apple’s working conditions at its overseas supply chains, recycling options for the iPad, and more. Check it out just ahead.
