Lady Gaga reveals an unheard song at concert “Princess Die” an ode to the late Princess Diana.

Lady Gaga is on her “Born This Way Ball’ world tour right now, and has debuted brand-new song titled “Princess Die” that is D-I-E, at her show in Melbourne, Australia. The song is a tribute to the late Diana, Princess of Wales who was killed in a car crash at the premature age of 36 and stole the hearts of people around the world.

The song is a somber one, as Gaga warned fans before singing, “Ok his song is a little bit sad,” She went on to reveal, “And it’s in no way reflective of the rest of the music on the album, but it’s about some of the most deep and personal thoughts I’ve ever had.”

The song starts off, “Leave the coffin open when I go/ Leave my pearls and lipstick on so everybody knows/ Pretty will be the photograph I leave/Laying down on famous knives so everybody sees.”

Mother Monster said she is not sure if the song will make it on her upcoming album that she is currently working on while on tour. We will have to wait until September to find out.

After the song Gaga said, “What do you think is that ok?” Check out the video of Gaga performing the song, and let us know if you think it’s OK?

No good deed goes unpunished for Mother Monster!

Last June, Lady Gaga was sued for allegedly over-charging for shipping on her “We Pray for Japan” wristbands sold through her website. The bracelets were being sold to raise money for victims of Japan’s devastating 2011 earthquake tsunami, and Gaga was hit with a $5 million dollar federal class action lawsuit. We are happy to report that the case has now been settled, and Gaga has agreed to donate $107,500 to people affected by the tragedy.

The bracelets were sold for $5 each and earned approximately $1.5 million, but many critics said shipping charges weren’t factored in and the promotion was misleading since the site said all proceeds would go directly to the relief efforts.

And even though Mother Monster’s team agreed to settle, she maintains their innocence in the case and continues to deny the suit had any merit. So once again, Gaga has taken the high-road and we applaud her.

Do you think Gaga was innocent? Did she do the right thing by settling the lawsuit?

We have a new development in the Madonna VS Lady Gaga saga! Has Madonna finally said something nice about Mother Monster?!

As you know, Madonna and Mother Monster haven’t exactly been each other’s biggest fans lately. Madonna did an interview with ABC News in January, calling Lady Gaga’s music ‘reductive’ and currently covers Gaga’s song ‘Born This Way’ on her MDNA Tour. The song is mashed with ‘Express Yourself’, a classic Madonna song that critics feel Lady Gaga has copied with ‘Born This Way.’

Lady Gaga recently responded to the blatant song diss at one of her New Zealand shows. During a rendition of “Hair,” Gaga took the high-rode saying, “It sometimes makes people feel better about themselves, you know, to put other people down or make fun of them or maybe make mockery of their work.” She added, “I don’t even want to fight back because it’s more important to me to keep writing music,” alluding to Madonna’s diss.

And now, it seems Madonna has responded to Gaga’s indirect comments towards the 53-year-old singer, and we’re happy to report it’s all positive. In a chat with Italian Magazine ‘Repubblica,’ Madonna was asked, “Is Lady Gaga a threat or only another temporary ‘spice girl’?” First of all, those iconic Spice Girls are still making headlines, so we’re not sure about the validity of the question, but according to That Grape Juice, Madge responded, “She is an artist with a great, high level of talent.”

There has so far been no evidence of this interview online, or when it was actually taped, but we’ll wait to see the full interview to gauge Madonna’s tone when answering the question. For now, we’re proud of Madonna for the kind words of Mother Monsters and we’re going to give her the benefit of the doubt.

Now, it’s your turn. What do you think of Madonna’s answer? Do you think Gaga will respond to this development at one of her upcoming shows? Leave us a comment!

Lady Gaga responds to Madonna covering her song on tour!

As you know, Madonna is currently touring the world on her new MDNA Tour, and during her set she sings a mashup of her classic song “Express Yourself” and Lady Gaga’s “Born This Way.” Many critics feel that “Born This Way” is a copycat of “Express Yourself” and apparently Madonna thinks so too, because she blatantly sings the two songs together and finishes by repeating “she’s not me” during her show.

We previously heard from one of Gaga’s producers, Fernando Garibay, that he is happy that Madonna covers her song because every time she does, he gets paid royalties. But now, Mother Monster has responded (without mentioning her name) to Madonna’s insult.

Speaking to the crowd atop a motorcycle while playing the piano during her song “Hair” at her show in New Zealand she explained, “It sometimes makes people feel better about themselves, you know, to put other people down or make fun of them or maybe make mockery of their work.” She added, “I don’t even want to fight back because it’s more important to me to keep writing music,” alluding to Madonna’s diss.

But! She wasn’t done there, continuing a bit later, “Things are really different now than they were 25 years ago, and that’s what makes ‘Born This Way’ so relevant for me.” She continued on, “We’re socially in a completely different place and it’s OK, we don’t have to all slice and hate each other anymore.” OUCH. Madonna, looks like Gaga’s taking the high rode on this one, and she may have won this round. We wonder if Madonna will combat these remarks in anyway?

Tell us who you think won this round Madonna with the mashup or Lady Gaga taking the high rode?

Watch Lady Gaga Respond to Madonna’s Insult:

Mother Monster has been given a very high honor, she will grace the September Issue of Vogue.

As we all know from watching ‘The Devil Wears Prada’ in the world of fashion, getting the cover of Vogue’s September issue is like winning Gold at the Olympics. The September Issue is the mag’s highest selling issue of the year, with the most ads, last year featuring Kate Moss on the cover. Vogue has no doubt scored Gaga for the cover due to her superstar quality and her famous forward thinking fashion choices.

But this isn’t the first time Gaga has graced the cover of Vogue, she was seen on the March 2011 issue with a pink wig and no eyebrows. This time around, her cover story will reportedly feature her new perfume launch, the first fragrance for Mother Monster. New reports say the fragrance will be called ‘Fame’ appropriately, and will be a black liquid that will change color when applied to the skin. A sample photo of the bottle has been leaked online, but we’ll have to wait until August to see the real thing.

So what does will it smell like? Gaga has said that, “…Actually the perfume smells like an expensive hooker,” and she would incorporate her DNA into the scent with a blood sample so monsters could have “a sense of having me on your skin.” It seems Mother Monster truly wants to connect with her fans.

As for the cover photo, reports say that Louis Vuitton photogs Mert Alas and Markus Piggott have already shot Gaga for cover, and we can’t wait to see what groundbreaking look they’ve come up with! And will it mirror the new fragrance ads? Only time will tell. Tell us what you think of Gaga earning this coveted cover shoot by leaving a comment below.

Madonna unexpectedly covers Lady Gaga’s ‘Born This Way’ track at rehearsal, and it’s caught on tape!

During rehearsals for a concert in Israel, an onlooker caught Madonna performing a cover of Lady Gaga’s ‘Born This Way’ song mashed with Madonna’s classic ‘Express Yourself.’

If you recall, many feel ‘Born This Way’ is a rip-off of ‘Express Yourself,’ so either Madonna is officially showing Lady Gaga whose boss or just poking fun at the controversy. Madonna told ABC News earlier this year regarding ‘Born This Way’: “I thought, this is a wonderful way to redo my song. I mean, I recognized the chord changes. I thought it was… interesting.”

It’s no secret that Lady Gaga is influenced by Madonna, but did not take the rip-off accusations lightly, saying, “I’m a songwriter. I’ve written loads of music. Why would I try to put out a song and think I’m getting one over on everybody?” she told website NME last year.

We can’t wait to see what the fans think of the mashup when Madonna finally performs it. And will Mother Monster respond? Check out the mashup link in the description and let us know what you think! Be sure to subscribe to ClevverMusic for more breaking news. See ya!

All Mother Monster wants to do is go shopping in Bangkok- for a rake rolex?

Lady Gaga has angered her Thai fans via a tweet she sent out to her 24 million Twitter followers. The tweet sparked an uproar in Thailand where fans are calling the tweet offensive, insulting and bad for the country’s image.

Lady Gaga posted to her Twitter shortly after her private jet arrived in Bangkok, “I just landed in Bangkok baby! Ready for 50,000 screaming Thai monsters. I wanna get lost in a lady market and buy fake rolex.” We’re not exactly sure what a “lady market” is, but we can see why some fans would take this the wrong way, seeing it as an insult rather than for Gaga’s excitement. We don’t think she meant this in a negative way, and in her defense, there are probably loads of fake Lady Gaga CD’s floating around Bangkok as well!

Mother Monster is currently touring Asia for her ‘Born This Way Ball’ world tour, where she has unexpectedly caused controversy in every country she has stopped in. What do you think of Gaga’s fake rolex tweet? Do you think she was being serious or joking? Just leave us a comment.

Lady Gaga sends off ‘The Simpsons’ finale with a new song!

Lady Gaga made an animated appearance on the season finale of ‘The Simpsons’ last night. Complete with at least 20 outfit changes during the show, Gaga penned and performed a song specifically for the show that honors Little Monsters in make-believe Springfield and beyond. Donning a dress made out of her Grammy awards she sang ‘Lisa Simpson Superstar.’

The song starts out, “When they’re young, all little monsters learn that they are scary. Ugly, stupid, shunned by Cupid, overweight and hairy.” The catchy song is both hilarious and inspiring at the same time.

During the episode, Mother Monster helps Lisa Simpson get her groove back after she is voted the least popular student at the assembly. Gaga senses that she is in distress, so she heads to Springfield for a show, so she can cheer Lisa up. In the end Lisa has to sing in order to become a Little Monster, so she does ‘Lisa Simpson Superstar’ with an assist from Gaga.

To hear the new Gaga song, check out the link in the description! We love that Gaga was a good sport and let the show poke some fun at her- but what do you think? Leave a comment!

Lady Gaga ‘Lisa Simpson Superstar’:

Lady Gaga’s ‘Born This Way Ball’ tour rakes in the dough!

As you know, Lady Gaga is in the midst of her ‘Born This Way Ball’ world tour and is only 8 stops in. She kicked off the tour in Seoul, South Korea, then jumped over to Hong Kong for 4 shows, then stopped in Japan for 3 show dates, all of which were sold out shows.

According to Billboard’s Current Boxscore on their website, in just these first 8 stops of her tour, Lady Gaga has grossed $29.3 million in ticket sales from the tour. That’s almost 30 million dollars, and Mother Monster is just getting started. Now remember, gross sales mean that is the amount she made from ticket sales total, without taking into consideration her costs, etc. from the tour. The actual number Mother Monster gets to keep herself is probably a fraction of this.

The ticket prices at these first 8 tour stops ranged from $33 to $312 American dollars. All in all, it’s a good year to be a Mother Monster. Lady Gaga reportedly made $90 million last year, including $30 million from Twitter alone. We’re sure she’ll surpass $90 mill this year, and she deserves it. What do you think of these numbers, is it too high? Tell us by leaving a comment below, see ya next time.

It’s a sad day for Little Monsters around the world, Lady Gaga has had to cancel her sold out tour stop in Indonesia.

Mother Monster is in the midst of her ‘Born This Way Ball’ world tour, and the sold out June 3 show in Indonesia would have been the largest stop on the tour with 52,000 seats. Gaga has had to cancel the show following protests by Islamic critics and conservative lawmakers, who said her sexy clothes and dance moves will corrupt the youth. The critics say the show threatens the country’s moral fiber.

The head of hardline Islamic Defender Front, Salim Alatas explained of Gaga, “She’s a vulgar singer who wears only panties and a bra when she sings and she stated she is the envoy of the devil’s child and that she will spread satanic teaching.”

A National police spokesman in Indonesia said today that the permit for the concert had been denied following the loud criticism. The police were worried they could not guarantee security and the safety of the concert, and were urged to deny the permit, therefore cancelling the show.

Gaga is no stranger to controversy, as her South Korea concerts were banned for anyone 18 and younger. We’re sure this is NOT the last of the controversy Gaga will face while on her world tour. Do you think the lawmakers and conservatives in Indonesia went too far by denying the permit for the concert? Leavvvve a comment!
